When steam is used as the heating medium, it can recover the heat from condensate water, delivering excellent heat exchange efficiency, minimal thermal loss, and outstanding energy-saving benefits.

1. High-Efficiency Heat Transfer
   Equipped with an improved rapid heat exchange structure, the heat transfer coefficient is significantly enhanced. The heat exchange capacity of the same volume can reach 5-8 times that of traditional volumetric heat exchangers.
2. Stable Water Supply
   • Volumetric Water Storage Design: Features a 10-20 minute hot water reserve, ensuring stable water pressure and temperature even during fluctuating water demand (head loss after heating < 0.2 meters).
   • Automatic Temperature Control Compatibility: Works with conventional automatic temperature control valves to prevent sudden temperature changes, achieving safe, water-saving, and comfortable water use.
3. High Volume Utilization
   The water tank has no cold water stagnation area, ensuring uniform and thorough heating. 100% of the stored water is usable hot water, eliminating the problem of “stagnant water” and improving system energy efficiency.
4. Energy-Saving Operation
   • Low-Load Heat Maintenance: When water usage is minimal or paused, a circulation pump in the hot water network maintains water temperature, keeping the heat exchange module continuously active to reduce heat loss.
   • Condensate Waste Heat Control: During heat exchange for media like soda water, the condensate outlet temperature is ≤80°C, optimizing energy utilization.

   • Miniaturized Structure: Small tank volume and light weight save installation space.
   • Horizontal Drawable Structure: Heat exchange components can be conveniently pulled out horizontally for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance cost reduction.

Design Specifications of Volumetric Heat Exchangers

1. Application Scenarios
   Suitable for hot water supply systems in industrial and civil buildings, using high or low-temperature softened water as the heat medium. It can be flexibly selected according to the heat source type (e.g., steam, hot water).
2. Material Configuration
   • Preferred Option: The shell is made of stainless steel SUS304, and the heat exchange tubes are made of T2 copper tubes or stainless steel tubes, suitable for environments with high water quality requirements or strong corrosion.
   • Economical Option: For good water quality conditions, a carbon steel shell + carbon steel heat exchange tubes can be used to reduce equipment costs.
3. System Compatibility
   The design fully considers the characteristics of different heat sources and supports customized interfaces and control logic. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing hot water supply networks and adapted to various temperature control and circulation systems.
