Product Overview

The lithium battery material silo is specialized equipment used for storing and conveying lithium battery cathode and anode materials (such as lithium iron phosphate (LFP), ternary materials, graphite, etc.).

Inner wall materials: 304/316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel (for highly corrosive environments).


 

Structural Design

(1) Material and Surface Treatment

The silo body is constructed from 304/316L stainless steel. The inner surface undergoes mirror polishing (with a roughness of Ra≤0.8μm), preventing material residue and corrosion, and meeting the cleanliness standards of lithium battery production. For key components in contact with corrosive materials, special materials such as Hastelloy and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are used to enhance corrosion resistance.

(2) Safety Protection Design

Equipped with multiple safety facilities including explosion-proof devices, pressure relief valves, and nitrogen protection systems, it effectively prevents potential hazards like dust explosions. Additionally, it features functions such as upper and lower level alarms for material levels and overload protection for conveying equipment, ensuring comprehensive safety during operation.
