Product Description

Absorption Tower is a device used to achieve absorption operations, where the gas-liquid two phases inside the tower can flow in countercurrent or cocurrent modes. Countercurrent operation is typically adopted, in which the absorbent is fed from the top of the tower and flows downward, coming into contact with the gas flowing upward from the bottom. The liquid that has absorbed the absorbed substance is discharged from the bottom of the tower, and the purified gas is discharged from the top of the tower.

Transform desulfurization tower is a critical equipment in coal chemical, synthetic ammonia, and natural gas purification processes.

The flash washing tower is a composite equipment integrating flash evaporation and scrubbing functions, combining both gas-liquid separation (flash evaporation) and gas purification/absorption (scrubbing). It can complete the processes of pressure reduction vaporization, gas-liquid separation, and gas phase scrubbing within a single device.
